* Ingredients for Shabbat in a Pot:
  (for a recipe that serves 6):
a crockpot or regular pot
5 medium Yukon potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 onion
8 oz (1/2 bag) of cholent mix with barley (can be purchased at Murray Ave Kosher (or 8 oz beans/barley)
1 roll frozen vegetarian kishke (can be purchased at Murray Ave Kosher)
Optional: 1 package stew/cholent meat (can be purchased at Murray Ave Kosher)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
